For more than three decades the International Conference on Nuclear Microprobe Technology and Applications (ICNMTA) has been bringing together scientists across multiple disciplines to showcase their state-of-art research findings and discuss how recent technological developments can be exploited for advancing the nuclear microprobe technologies and how these technologies can be applied in diverse research fields including quantum computing, biology, medicine, materials, chemistry, environment, energy, geology, art, archaeology and forensics.

Due to the current pandemic situation around the world, the 17th ICNMTA, which was supposed to be take place in Bled, Slovenia, will be held on-line on September 14 and 15, 2020. Join us on-line to listen to talks, to discuss variety of topics during live Q&A sessions and to meet on-line with other participants and numerous industrial exhibitors. The conference will be followed by a public lecture by Prof. David Jamieson (University of Melbourne, Australia) entitled Einstein's revolution: quantum technology for the 21st century quantum computer. The lecture will be on-line (via Zoom and later at the Videolectures.net) on September 16 at 1. pm (CET, Daylight Saving Time).
